All you need to know to rent our storage rooms, depots and mini-warehouses
How can I rent a unit?
It is really simple. Even if booking is not essential, you are encouraged to call us beforehand to check the availability of the storage room, depot or mini-warehouse more suitable for you. Then, you just need to bring whatever you want to store during our business hours (business days from 9 to 19h, and Saturdays from 10 to 14h. In special circumstances, an appointment outside this timetable can be arranged). We help you fill in the contract (please note we will need your ID card or passport). You sign the rental contract, pay one-month rental deposit (no VAT) and another month in advance. We assign you an unit and you store your goods. You close your storage room with your lock and take the keys with you (if you do not have a lock, we sell you one for 30€). We give you your custom code so as you can enter our premises as many times as you wish, at any time, 7 days a week. When you do not need your unit any more, you told us two weeks beforehand and, the day you leave, we refund your deposit. And, since we charge per day, we also refund the money of the days you have not spent.
Can I enter my car or van to unload?
Yes. In our facilities in Multi-Store Barcelona, you can take your car or van up to your storage room door. In Multi-Store Fira 2 you can get up to the ramp and, then, go up with the lift. We also have trolleys and carts at your disposal.
What can I store?
In our storage rooms, depots and mini-warehouses in Barcelona, you can store nearly anything. from furniture, books, clothes, personal stuff, sport equipment, files, office furniture, documents, to machinery, tools or assembly materials. We cannot accept flammable, explosive or illegal goods.
When can I access my goods?
Whenever you like, as often as you like. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I have to book?
It is not indispensable, but you are encouraged to do so to make sure you will have the storage room, depot or mini-warehouse most suitable to your needs.
How long can I store for?
You can stay as long as you like, but remember the minimum storage period is one week.
Will my goods be safe?
Your goods will be completely safe. Our facilities have a modern CCTV surveillance system, customized access monitoring, and smoke and fire alarms. Multi-Store L’Hospitalet storage rooms have also individual alarms and are PIN-code protected. You are the only person to hold your storage room, depot or mini-warehouse key.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the space you need; you will only pay for the space you use. There is no extra cost, and up from the minimum 2-week rental, you just pay for the days you rest. We charge you a deposit month, but we refund it when you leave. For further information, check our price list.
When do I have to pay?
The initial rental month and deposit fee is paid on the signing of the contract. If you want to stay longer, we send you a bill at the beginning of every month.
How can I pay?
Initial fee can be paid on cash, check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Other bills can also be paid by bank transfer or direct billing.
What does the rental price include?
Everything is included. Electricity, safety expenses, and even an assurance covering 250€ per square metre. We can arrange an assurance covering higher amounts, if you wish. Check detailshere Please remember VAT is not included in our price list.
Do I have to tell you before I leave?
Yes, two weeks beforehand.
